We serve as your primary contact for estimates, scheduling, and logistical support related to your dental care journey. Our compensation comes from a referral fee paid by the clinics, not from the patients directly. We do not deliver dental treatments ourselves.

Consultation and Treatment Planning
At your initial consultation at one of our partnered clinics, you will receive a proposed treatment plan which may be different from the preliminary plan shared before your visit based on your actual dental needs. It is your decision to accept or decline any treatments suggested. Following this consultation, should you decide to proceed, a treatment agreement will be established directly between you and the clinic.
Regulatory Exclusion
Given that QUADRO DENTAL is not engaged in the direct sale or supply of dental or healthcare services, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not applicable to our service model.

Refusal of Treatment and Right to Decline
